Faktory ovlivňující počet somatických buněk v kozím mléce
Kocourková, Lenka
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the factors influencing the number of so-matic cells in goat milk. The first part is devoted to the history of goat breeding in the world and the Czech Republic. Some important breeds of dairy goats are described here, including their brief characteristics and also the development of the numbers of the animals kept. The second part describes and evaluates the basic indicators of milk, which are used as indicators used to predict the quality of milk, especially the content of protein, lactose, milk fat, degree of acidity (SH), pH and electrical conduc-tivity of milk. The number of somatic cells in milk is largely influenced by external and internal factors such as breed, nutrition, lactation, health, breeding technology and milking technology and hygiene. This indicator is so significant that it becomes one of the main criteria for assessing the quality of raw milk. Therefore, the last part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the causes of the increase in the number of so-matic cells in milk in relation to external and internal factors and especially in relation to physiology and diseases of the mammary gland.
Vybrané vlivy působící na tržní produkci klisního mléka
Hájková, Lucie
This bachelor's work is focused on selected influences which have impact to the market production mare's milk. Work consists of two parts. First part is theoretic. This part is focused on composition of mare's milk. Within this part there was made mare's milk sampling and analysis. This milk was milked from breed Hafling. This part includes also influences which impact market production mare's milk. Monitored effects were order of lactation, feeding dose, season and breed. Second part deals with own proposal of the farm construction with mare's milk production. This part describes buildings which will be part of farm, especially stalls for breeding animals, milking house for mare's milk production and other buildings which will be used within riding club. Further there is characterized livestock which will be breed at the farm with focus on its breed. At the end the offered services and price list of this service are described. Within proposal there were carried out survey in the village Drnovice. Twenty-one families with children were interviewed. Interest in mare's milk and products made of this milk was evaluated on the base of this questionnaire.
Optimization design of a mass flow meter for milking
STEHLÍK, Radim
The topic of diploma thesis is the optimization of a mass flow meter for milking. It is a reworking of an already proposed concept that showed major shortcomings in many aspects during the operational testing. The concept for the new proposal was created by using the program SolidWorks. The concept was produced through 3D printer. For the production was due to its properties chosen PET-G copolyester in the form of a printing string. Furthermore, it was proposed to acquire data using a minicomputer Arduino UNO Rev3. The subsequent concept was tested for its functionality. The suggestion of data transmission and its processing using computer technology is also included in this thesis.
Optimisation of robotic arm guidance for milking purposes
OLŠAN, Pavel
The thesis deals with the optimization of the robotic arm guidance used in the deployment of teat handles in connection with robotic milking. The results were divided into several subparts: 1. Describing the main parameters and settings of the vision and object detection process 2. Process setup procedures 3. Choosing the ideal parameters 4. Creating an output program for the robotic arm The thesis was realized within the MIT TRIO project FV40316 - Development of a complex modular system of robotic milking with simultaneous evaluation of breeding parameters by application of artificial intelligence methods.
Analýza zatížení nosné konstrukce pro robotickou ruku
SHORNÝ, Jakub
This thesis deals with the topic of industrial robotics and discusses its application in agriculture. First, milking robots by two different producers are presented. Then the basic calculations in the field of elasticity and strength of materials are included. The empirical part of the thesis describes a construction model created with SolidWorks. This is followed by an Fusion 360 motion study analysis. The conclusion summarizes the research findings and offers suggestions for improvement of the whole construction.
Technologické systémy získávání a ošetřování mléka dojnic
BARTŮŠKOVÁ, Markéta
The bachelor thesis used a method of the library research for creating an outline dealing with an issue of milk production and dealing with milk. The attention was focused especially on individual kinds of milking parlours, milking equipment and its sanitation, milking process itself, ways of treating and keeping milk after milking. Different kinds of milking parlours were compared and a summarising evaluation was performed on the basis of this comparison. It was revealed that for the breeders, robotic milking technology is useful because of a limited number of the labour force.
Porovnání technologií dojicích robotů značky Fullwood
ZUKAL, Martin
The topic of this thesis is: Problematics of Fullwood milking robots. Milk, mammary gland anatomy, milk production and milking are described in the literature review. The overview also deals with the methods of milking, machine milking and automated milking. In the practical part were selected two farms with milking robot Fullwood M2erlin, and were monitored parameters such as the number of milked cows in 24 hours, the number of tumbling and unset milking kit, milking time and daily yield from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018. These parameters were subsequently evaluated and analyzed. The results were processed into tables.
Charakteristika a výkonnost paralelní dojírny
KOPENEC, Jiří
The topic of the diploma thesis was "Characteristics and performance of a parallel milking parlor". The literature search contains a description of the history of milking, human and animal behavior, requirements for the construction and function of milking equipment, physiological bases of milking, types of milking parlors and current trends in milking technology. The main goal of the practical part was to select a company and describe the technology of dairy farming, stable facility and its technological equipment, parallel milking parlor, herd, number of dairy cows, breed and performance. Measure daily milking time, in the waiting room, in the milking stall and milking time for a selected group of dairy cows and monitor the total number of cows milked per day, total milking time, milk yield and milking parlor performance. Finally, evaluate the values found with the values given by the manufacturers and in the literature.
Vliv doby dojení na intenzitu zalehávání boxově ustájených dojnic
Dosedlová, Jitka
The aim of this thesis was to analyze the influence of milking period on the inten-sity of lying behaviour of dairy cows kept in boxes. An ethological observation was carried out at the agricultural company GenAgro Říčany corp. on the breeding of Czech fleckvieh cattle. I mainly observed the intensity of the average time of lying in a boxing bed after dairy cows arrival from a milking house, depending on milking time. I have elaborated a literature review and also worked out a methodology on this issue. I have found out that the intensity and the time of lying were above all influenced by seasons and the age, or rather by the order of lactation of the monitored dairy cows, when the longest time to lie took dairy cows during the first lactation. The biggest number of dairy cows lying was during warm months ( July, 122 pcs ), but in a longer interval ( May, 43.6 minutes ) than cows during cold months ( November, 87 pcs ) when more dairy cows were lying, but faster ( November, 32.9 minutes). The fastest cows were lying into the row 1, closest to the feed table, at the average time of 37.8 minutes and most slowly to the row 3, closest to peripheral walls, 42.2 minutes on average. The influence of a particular lactation stage was very slight, the dairy cows above 301 days of lactation lay a little faster ( 38.0 minutes ) in comparison to the ones up to 100 days ( 39.1 minutes ).
Analýza vlivů působících na produkci mléka a chování dojnic v automatických dojících systémech
Langer, Richard
In this bachelor thesis, the influence of the external environment on the milk performance and behavior of Holstein cattle in a particular company was used, using the technology of robotized milking from Lely. The subject of observation was mainly the average daily milk yield, the order of lactation, the time and frequency of milking depending on climatic conditions. The data were continuously collected during 2018. It has been found that the external environment significantly contributes to the milk performance of cattle. Among the proven influences was the order of lactation, which mainly contributes to the daily production and milking speed. In addition, the season of the day, when daily production, milking rate and milking frequency varied depending on temperature, was followed. The research revealed that dairy cows reach the highest production in the second and third lactation. Furthermore, the influence of the external environment significantly affects the daily production of dairy cows and the speed of milking.
